Better Being Bodywork
About your Therapist: Dana Llewellyn, CMT, CMLDT
I'm Dana Llewellyn, owner of Better Being Bodywork. I'm a Colorado native and passionate about the hands-on work that I do with bodies. My career in bodywork started in fitness, expanded to yoga and now encompasses many different types of manual therapies. My study of and experience with the intricate systems of our body has given me an utmost respect and undying interest in anatomy and human movement.
As a bodyworker, my primary goal is to remove restriction and restore function. While this ultimately looks a little different for everyone, my practice always begins with listening, to both the clients words and body. Through listening, I am led to the area of greatest need then can employ my knowledge and experience in fascial and neuromuscular release, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, visceral manipulation, cupping, thai table, oncology massage and movement therapies to specify my treatment to what the body I'm with needs in that moment.
