Women's Health Bundle

The women's health bundle includes 2 classes: Lymph Care for Breast Health and Lymph Care for Cycle Support. These classes will teach you all about how to care for your lymphatic system from a women's health perspective. The breast health class covers why the lymph system is important to breast health, how to do breast checks, lymph-smart bra choices and self lymphatic drainage for the breasts. The cycle support class covers a basic physiology of the menstrual cycle and different action steps you can take to support both the lymphatic and endocrine systems.
